Delivery within the UAE takes approximately 2–3 working days, depending on courier schedules. Customers must provide accurate shipping and contact details to avoid delays.

Shipping is free within the UAE, GCC and international rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

 

⏎ Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To submit a request, visit your Orders Page at https://account.vestedhouse.com/orders. If you cannot submit the request online, please contact our support team.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected. A AED 20 return fee applies for UAE returns, GCC and international returns are charged a fee equal to the shipping cost paid at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Import Duties & Taxes 

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are determined by the courier and local customs authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the courier upon delivery. Return shipping charges, if any, resulting from the customer’s refusal to pay applicable import duties or taxes after the order has shipped, will also be borne by the customer.
