1. General Information

• VESTED is an online fashion brand operated by Vested for Fashion Design in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

• By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.


2. Products

• We strive to display colors, sizes, and details of products as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur.

• All products are subject to availability.


3. Orders & Payments

• Prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams or American Dollar.

• We accept credit and debit cards for payments, as well as cash-on-delivery (COD) in some occasions.

• Orders are confirmed once payment is received, unless payment is COD

• If payment will be done as COD, then the delivery package will only be handed over by the courier once the cash is received by him/her.

An invoice will be sent to the email address provided.  Please ensure to provide a real email address in order to receive this.


4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier delays.

  • Allow 2 to 3 working days for delivery across the United Arab Emirates, though delivery tends to be sooner than this.

  • Delivery across the United Arab Emirates is free.  Delivery costs to all other areas will depend on the delivery destination and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details and phone numbers, failure to do this may result in delivery delays.


5. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags.

  • Returns can be initiated via the returns section on the website.  Once items are received and checked a refund will be initiated.  For returns from within the United Arab Emirates, a delivery/shipping fee of AED 20 will be deducted from the total refundable amount.  For returns from outside the United Arab Emirates, an amount equal to the original shipping/delivery charge will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

  • The remaining refundable amount (total refundable amount minus delivery/shipping fee) will be transferred back to the customer once the item is received in good condition, unworn and with tags intact.  It may take an average of 14 working days for refunds to show back in the original payment method used to buy the items.  This time may vary based on the bank and mode of payment, please check with your bank or credit card for further details.

• Certain items (e.g., sale items, intimates, customized/personalised orders) may not be eligible for return.

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time.  If you'd like to exchange an item for size or colour, please initiate a return request and place a new order.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content (images, logos, designs, text) is the property of VESTED and may not be used without written consent from Vested for Fashion Designing.


7. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy. Personal information collected is used only to process orders and improve services.

• We do not sell or share customer data to third parties, except for shipping and payment processing purposes.


8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by courier services.

• We are not liable for allergic reactions, misuse, or mishandling of products.

9. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
