• UAE: FREE SHIPPING
• GCC: Standard shipping rate applies at checkout.
• Worldwide: A flat rate of AED 50 applies.
  Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs procedures. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by the courier).
• Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage will not be accepted.

Return Process

1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate your return.
2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
3. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund.

Refunds & Deductions

• For UAE and GCC returns, a AED 20 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
• For worldwide returns, a AED 50 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
• The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method once the returned item is received and approved.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is covered by the customer.
